Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you select. Typical delivery within the United States takes 3–8 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods can extend delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help track it down.

Wrong Address & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
