By accessing and using flameberry.co ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Flameberry provides free file conversion tools including but not limited to PDF conversion, document conversion, image conversion, and data format conversion. The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful content
  • Convert files that violate intellectual property rights
  • Process files containing personal sensitive information (SSN, credit cards, etc.)
  • Engage in automated bulk conversions that overburden the system
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flameberry. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited. Converted files remain your property.

5. User Accounts and Passwords

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us of unauthorized access

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLAMEBERRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Data loss or corruption
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Flameberry (if any).

7. File Storage and Deletion

Uploaded files are processed and deleted immediately upon conversion completion. Flameberry does not store your files on its servers after the conversion process is finished. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FLAMEBERRY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

10. Modifications to Terms

Flameberry reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Termination

Flameberry may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these terms or any applicable law.

12. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide to Flameberry become our property and may be used without compensation to you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Virginia, USA.
